अमेजन 30 मिनट में डिलीवरी देने की तैयारी में, रोबोट-ड्रोन बनाने में 2.5 लाख करोड़ रु का निवेश करेगी

अमेजन ने नई तकनीक पर आधारित रोबोट बनाने के लिए बोस्टन में प्लांट खोला

ड्रोन बनाने के लिए अमेजन 6 साल से काम कर रही है, कंपनी के पास दुनिया भर में फुलफिलमेंट सेंटर हैं

ऑर्डर को महज 30 मिनट में डिलीवरी करने के लिए अमेजन ने 35 अरब डॉलर (करीब 2.5 लाख करोड़ रुपए) खर्च करने की योजना है। पश्चिम के बाजारों में हॉलिडे सीजन के दौरान प्राइम सदस्यों को एक दिन में डिलीवरी देने के लिए कंपनी अतिरिक्त खर्च करेगी।

अमेजन के कंज्यूमर विभाग के सीईओ जेफ विल्क का कहना है कि अगर आपके पास ड्रोन फ्लीट हो तो आप कुछ भी ऑर्डर कर सकते हैं और आधा घंटे में उसकी डिलीवरी भी संभव है। तेज डिलीवरी के लिए अमेजन के पास अमेरिका और दुनिया भर में फुलफिलमेंट सेंटर हैं।

रोबोट की टेस्टिंग कर रही अमेजन

अमेजन ऐसे रोबोट की टेस्टिंग कर रही है, जो पैकेज को ले जा सकें। इस महीने की शुरुआत में अमेजन ने बोस्टन में रोबोट की डिजाइन और निर्माण के लिए एक प्लांट भी खोला है। ड्रोन बनाने के लिए अमेजन 6 साल से काम कर रही है। कंपनी सेल्फ ड्राइविंग वाहनों के लिए भी निवेश कर रही है। साथ ही, कंपनी सेल्फ ड्राइविंग ट्रक पर भी काम कर रही है। रोबोट और ड्रोन को लेकर कंपनी के पास चुनौतियां भी हैं।

ऑटोमेशन से 2030 तक 38 करोड़ लोगों पर असर.

2012 में कीवा सिस्टम्स को खरीदने के साथ अमेजन ने रोबोटिक्स में कदम रखा। कंपनी अभी भर्ती कर रही है, लेकिन एक बार रोबोट तैयार होने के बाद कर्मचारियों को निकालने की भी समस्या उसके सामने आएगी। मैकेंजी के एक अध्ययन के मुताबिक, ऑटोमेशन के कारण 2030 तक करीब 38 करोड़ लोगों को अपना काम बदलना पड़ेगा।

The rating on the short-term bank facilities has been reaffirmed at ‘A1+’.

BHEL is India’s largest engineering and manufacturing company of its kind. It is a power plant equipment manufacturer and operates as an engineering and manufacturing company.

ऊपरी स्तर से फिसला बाजार, 4 महीने के ऊपरी स्तर पर पहुंचा SBI

अच्छी शुरुआत के बाद ऊपरी स्तर से बाजार पर दबाव देखने को मिल रहा है। निफ्टी 12000 के नीचे फिसला है।  RELIANCE, HDFC और ITC ने बाजार की गिरावट में दबाव बनाया है।

L&T में लगातार तीसरे दिन तेजी देखऩे को मिल रही है। ये शेयर 2 फीसदी बढ़कर निफ्टी का नवाब बना है। कार्ड कारोबार के लिए DRHP दाखिल करने से SBI मे खरीदारी देखने को मिल रही है। ये शेयर 4 महीने के ऊपरी स्तर पर पहुंच गया है।

सरकार के बूस्टर डोज से इंफ्रा शेयरों में जोरदार तेजी देखने को मिल रही है। IRB INFRA 12 फीसदी की तेजी के साथ रफ्तार का घोड़ा बना है। वहीं आज का जैकपॉट शेयर NCC 8 फीसदी उछला है। HCC, KNR Construction में भी जोरदार तेजी देखने को मिल रही है।

रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (RBI) ने बुधवार को दीवान हाउसिंग फाइनेंस कॉर्पोरेशन (DHFL) के बोर्ड को भंग कर दिया। RBI ने अपना एक एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर नियुक्त किया है जो कंपनी का कामकाज देखेगा। RBI जल्द ही दिवालिया हो चुकी DHFL को नेशनल कंपनी लॉ ट्राइब्यूनल (NCLT) में लेकर जाने वाला है।

Zee Entertainment का 16.5 फीसदी हिस्सा और बिकेगा। कर्ज चुकाने के लिए एस्सेल ग्रुप ने ये बड़ा फैसला लिया है। FINANCIAL LENDERS को 277 रुपये प्रति शेयर पर हिस्सेदारी बेची जाएगी।

कल कैबिनेट ने कई अहम फैसले लिए जिसके तहत BPCL में स्ट्रैटेजिक DISINVESTMENT को मंजूरी दे दी गई। BPCL समेत 5 और कंपनियों में DISINVESTMENT को मंजूरी मिली है। कल की कैबिनेट मीट में कुछ PSUs में हिस्सा 51 फीसदी से घटाने को मंजूरी मिली है। लेकिन नुमालीगढ़ रिफाइनरी का DISINVESTMENT नहीं होगा।

सरकार ने कंस्ट्रक्शन और इंफ्रा सेक्टर को भी बूस्टर डोज दिया है। जिसके तहत सरकार अटके हुए प्रोजेक्ट का 75 फीसदी वापस करेगी। इंफ्रा टोल सिक्योरिटाइजन के जरिए NHAI बड़ी रकम जुटाएगी और TOLL OPERATE TRANSFER नियमों में ढ़ील दी जाएगी।

कल की कैबिनेट मीट में टेलीकॉम कंपनियों के लिए बड़ी राहत की खबर आई। कैबिनेट ने टेलीकॉम कंपनियों के रिवाइवल के प्रस्ताव को मंजूर कर लिया है। टेलीकॉम कंपनियों को तुरंत AGR की रकम चुकाने से राहत मिली है और स्पेक्ट्रम पेमेंट के लिए 2 साल की छूट मिली है। इस सबके अलावा दिल्ली की अवैध कॉलोनियों नियमित करने के प्रस्ताव को भी कैबिनेट से मंजूरी मिल गई है।

आज के कारोबार में एशियाई बाजारों में कमजोरी देखने को मिल रही है। ट्रेड वॉर पर इस साल करार नहीं के संकेतों से अमेरिकी बाजार भी कल गिरावट पर बंद हुए थे। इस बीच कच्चा तेल भी 3 फीसदी चढ़ा है। कल के कारोबार में डाओ 100 अंक गिरकर बंद हुआ था। इस साल अमेरिका-चीन के बीच ट्रेड डील पर असमंजस बना हुआ है। उधर HONG KONG में प्रदर्शनकारियों के सपोर्ट में सीनेट ने बिल पास किया है।

इन ग्लोबल संकेतों के बीच सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी की शुरुआत आज हल्की बढ़त के साथ हुई है। दिग्गज शेयरों के साथ ही मिड और स्मॉलकैप शेयर भी जोश में नजर आ रहे हैं। बीएसई का मिडकैप इंडेक्स 0.25 फीसदी और स्मॉलकैप इंडेक्स 0.47 फीसदी की मजबूती के साथ कारोबार कर रहा है। हालांकि तेल-गैस शेयरों में आज दबाव नजर आ रहा है। बीएसई का ऑयल एंड गैस इंडेक्स 0.12 फीसदी की कमजोरी के साथ कारोबार कर रहा है।

बाजार में आज फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज, एफएमसीजी, मेटल, पीएसयू बैंक, रियल्टी और फार्मा शेयर दबाव बना रहे हैं। जबकि प्राइवेट बैंक, ऑटो, आईटी और मीडिया शेयरों में मजबूती दिख रही है। बैंक निफ्टी सपाट चाल के साथ 31,355 के करीब नजर आ रहा है।

फिलहाल बीएसई का 30 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स सेंसेक्स सपाट होकर 40,650 के पास कारोबार कर रहा है। वहीं एनएसई का 50 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स निफ्टी करीब 11,999 के स्तर पर कारोबार कर रहा है।

NBCC (India) has submitted its revised bid to acquire bankruptcy-bound Jaypee Infratech, by offering lenders 1,426-acre land instead of 950 acres earlier and also providing half of 3,000 benami flats to them.

The company has offered 75 percent of 858-acre land which is expected to be transferred back to Jaypee Infratech from the parent company Jaiprakash Associates.

NBCC will infuse Rs 120 crore as equity capital and transfer the Yamuna Expressway that connects Noida and Agra to bankers along with concessional right, adding that flats to over 20,000 distressed home buyers will be delivered over the next four years.

एलऐंडटी फाइनेंस ने यह करार प्राउड सिक्योरिटीज ऐंड क्रेडिट्स (Proud Securities and Credits) के साथ किया है। एलऐंडटी कैपिटल मार्केट्स, मिडिल ईस्ट एलऐंडटी फाइनेंस का विदेशी पूँजी प्रबंधन कारोबार संभालती है।

इससे पहले अगस्त 2019 में एलऐंडटी फाइनेंस ने भारत में व्यक्तिगत और संस्थागत ग्राहकों को पूँजी प्रबंधन सेवाएँ प्रदान करने वाली अपनी सहायक कंपनी एलऐंडटी कैपिटल मार्केट्स (L&T Capital Markets) की 100% शेयरधारिता आईआईएफएल वेल्थ ग्रुप (IIFL Wealth Group) को बेचने के लिए करार किया था।

बीएसई में एलऐंडटी फाइनेंस का शेयर 95.80 रुपये के पिछले बंद स्तर के मुकाबले 96.00 रुपये पर खुल कर अभी तक के सत्र में 97.90 रुपये के ऊपरी स्तर तक चढ़ा है। सवा 11 बजे के करीब कंपनी का शेयर 1.35 रुपये या 1.41% की बढ़ोतरी के साथ 97.15 रुपये पर चल रहा है। इस भाव पर एलऐंडटी फाइनेंस की बाजार पूँजी 19,434.93 करोड़ रुपये है। वहीं इसके पिछले 52 हफ्तों का शिखर 159.20 रुपये और निचला स्तर 78.60 रुपये रहा है।

बीएचईएल (BHEL) के मुनाफे में 36% की जोरदार गिरावट

साल दर साल आधार पर 2019 की जुलाई-सितंबर तिमाही में सरकारी कंपनी बीएचईएल (BHEL) के मुनाफे में 36% की गिरावट आयी है।

कंपनी का मुनाफा 185.2 करोड़ रुपये के मुकाबले घट कर 118.6 करोड़ रुपये रह गया। इस दौरान बीएचईएल की शुद्ध आमदनी 6,779.88 करोड़ रुपये से 8.17% घट कर 6,225.72 करोड़ रुपये रह गयी। साल दर साल आधार पर ही बीएचईएल का एबिटा 10.8% की बढ़ोतरी के साथ 266.9 करोड़ रुपये और एबिटा मार्जिन 3.6% से बढ़ कर 4.3% रहा।

प्रमुख ब्रोकिंग फर्म आईसीआईसीआई सिक्योरिटीज के मुताबिक बीएचईएल के नतीजे को हर मामले में कमजोर बताया है।

बीएचईएल की विद्युत आमदनी 18% की गिरावट के साथ 4,221 करोड़ रुपये और औद्योगिक सेग्मेंट आमदनी 24.3% की बढ़ोतरी के साथ 1,807 करोड़ रुपये रही।

दूसरी तरफ बीएसई में बीएचईएल का शेयर 54.55 रुपये के पिछले बंद भाव की तुलना में 55.25 रुपये पर खुला और अभी तक के सत्र में 53.35 रुपये के निचले स्तर तक फिसला है। करीब 10 बजे बीएचईएल का शेयर 0.45 रुपये या 0.82% की कमजोरी के साथ 54.10 रुपये के भाव पर चल रहा है। इस भाव पर बीएचईएल की बाजार पूँजी 18,803.14 करोड़ रुपये है। वहीं इसके पिछले 52 हफ्तों का शिखर 78.75 रुपये और निचला स्तर 41.35 रुपये रहा है।

साल दर साल आधार पर चालू वित्त वर्ष की दूसरी तिमाही में गोदरेज इंडस्ट्रीज का मुनाफा 95.7% बढ़ गया। पिछले कारोबारी साल की समान तिमाही में 189.76 करोड़ रुपये के मुकाबले कंपनी ने 371.46 करोड़ रुपये का मुनाफा प्राप्त किया।

इस दौरान कंपनी की शुद्ध आमदनी 2,538.39 करोड़ रुपये के मुकाबले 3.6% की बढ़त के साथ 2,628.71 करोड़ रुपये रही। वर्ष दर वर्ष आधार पर ही गोदरेज इंडस्ट्रीज का एबिटा 1.6% की वृद्धि के साथ 151.1 करोड़ रुपये और एबिटा मार्जिन 5.9% के मुकाबले 5.8% रहा। कंपनी की घरेलू कीटनाशक आमदनी 4% की बढ़ोतरी के साथ 683 करोड़ रुपये रही। वहीं इसकी पशु आहार आमदनी में 9.2% और फसल सुरक्षा व्यवसाय में 7% की बढ़ोतरी, जबकि वनस्पति तेल आमदनी में 11.2% की गिरावट देखने को मिली।

दूसरी ओर बीएसई में गोदरेज इंडस्ट्रीज का शेयर 431.10 रुपये के पिछले बंद स्तर के मुकाबले 437.00 रुपये पर खुल कर शुरुआती कारोबार में 457.80 रुपये के ऊपरी स्तर तक चढ़ा है। 10 बजे के करीब कंपनी का शेयर 11.60 रुपये या 2.69% की बढ़त के साथ 442.70 रुपये पर चल रहा है। इस भाव पर कंपनी की बाजार पूँजी 14,895.35 करोड़ रुपये है।

33% घटा हिंडाल्को इंडस्ट्रीज (Hindalco Industries) का मुनाफा

वित्त वर्ष 2018-19 की जुलाई-सितंबर तिमाही के मुकाबले 2019-20 की समान अवधि में एल्यूमीनियम उत्पादक कंपनी हिंडाल्को इंडस्ट्रीज (Hindalco Industries) का मुनाफा 33% घट गया।

कंपनी का मुनाफा 1,448 करोड़ रुपये से के मुकाबले 974 करोड़ रुपये रह गया। औसत आधार एल्यूमीनियम कीमतें और स्थानीय बाजार प्रीमियम में गिरावट की वजह से हिंडाल्को की शुद्ध आमदनी भी 32,507 करोड़ रुपये से 9% की गिरावट के साथ 29.657 करोड़ रुपये रह गयी।

वहीं कंपनी का एबिटा 4,276 करोड़ रुपये के मुकाबले 8% की गिरावट के साथ 3,918 करोड़ रुपये रह गया। हिंडाल्को की कॉपर आमदनी 4,730 करोड़ रुपये से 6% घट कर 4,449 करोड़ रुपये रह गयी।

प्रमुख ब्रोकिंग फर्म आईसीआईसीआई सिक्योरिटीज ने हिंडाल्को के नतीजों को घरेलू कारोबारी प्रदर्शन को मिला-जुला बताया है। ब्रोकिंग फर्म के अनुसार तिमाही के दौरान कॉपर का प्रदर्शन अगस्त 2019 के महीने में दहेज, गुजरात में भारी बारिश से प्रभावित हुआ।

दूसरी तरफ सोमवार को बीएसई में हिंडाल्को का शेयर 3.60 रुपये या 1.74% की गिरावट के साथ 200.40 रुपये के भाव पर बंद हुआ। इस भाव पर कंपनी की बाजार पूँजी 45,009.83 करोड़ रुपये है। वहीं इसके पिछले 52 हफ्तों का शिखर 244.90 रुपये और निचला स्तर 171.25 रुपये रहा है।

मारुति सुजुकी (Maruti Suzuki) ने लगातार नौवें महीने घटाया उत्पादन

मारुति सुजुकी (Maruti Suzuki) ने अक्टूबर में लगातार नौवें महीने अपने वाहन उत्पादन में कटौती की।

कंपनी ने साल दर साल आधार पर अक्टूबर में अपने उत्पादन में 20% की कटौती की। अक्टूबर 2018 में 1,50,497 वाहनों के मुकाबले 2019 की समान अवधि में मारुति ने 1,19,337 वाहनों का उत्पादन किया। मारुति के कुल यात्री वाहनों का उत्पादन 1,48,318 इकाई से 20.85% घट कर 1,17,383 इकाई रह गया।

इनमें कॉम्पैक्ट और छोटे वाहनों (जिसमें डिजायर, बलेनो, स्विफ्ट, सिलेरियो, इग्निस, ऑल्टो और न्यू वैगनआर शामिल हैं) का उत्पादन 1,08,462 इकाई के मुकाबले 21.57% घट कर 85,064 इकाई रह गया।

वहीं मारुति के उपयोगिता वाहनों के उत्पादन 0.93% की मामूली बढ़ोतरी हुई, जबकि मध्य आकार वाली सिएज की मारुति ने 3,513 इकाइयों के मुकाबले 45.28% कम 1,922 इकाइयाँ तैयार की। मारुति सुजुकी का हल्के कारोबारी वाहनों (सुपर कैरी) का उत्पादन 2,179 इकाई के मुकाबले 10.32% घट कर 1,954 इकाई रहा।

इससे पहले अक्टूबर में त्योहारी सत्र के कारण मारुति की मासिक बिक्री में वृद्धि हुई थी। साल दर साल आधार पर अक्टूबर में मारुति सुजुकी की बिक्री 1,46,766 इकाई से 4.5% बढ़ कर 1,53,435 इकाई रही।

उधर बीएसई में मारुति का शेयर शुक्रवार को 85.50 रुपये या 1.17% की कमजोरी के साथ 7,201.00 रुपये के भाव पर बंद हुआ। इस भाव पर कंपनी की बाजार पूँजी 2,17,527.85 करोड़ रुपये है। वहीं इसके पिछले 52 हफ्तों का शिखर 7,929.00 रुपये और निचला स्तर 5,447.00 रुपये रहा है।

Indian Stock Market Today- सेंसेक्स में 130 अंक की गिरावट के बाद रिकवरी, निफ्टी भी 11900 के ऊपर आया

यस बैंक के शेयर में 2.4% उछाल, कोटक बैंक में 1% तेजी

शेयर बाजार में उतार-चढ़ाव बना हुआ है। सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी फ्लैट स्तरों पर आ गए हैं। इससे पहले सेंसेक्स 130 अंक गिरकर 40,192.81 पर आ गया था। निफ्टी में 44 प्वाइंट की गिरावट देखी गई। इसने 11,864.50 का निचला स्तर छुआ।

सेंसेक्स के 30 में से 16 और निफ्टी के 50 में से 29 शेयरों में नुकसान देखा गया। सन फार्मा का शेयर 3% लुढ़क गया। सिप्ला में 2% गिरावट दर्ज की गई। कोल इंडिया 1.5% और ग्रासिम 1% नीचे आ गया।

दूसरी ओर यस बैंक के शेयर में 2.4% उछाल आया। कोटक बैंक में 1% तेजी देखी गई। एनटीपीसी और टाटा स्टील 0.8-0.8 फीसदी चढ़े। टाटा मोटर्स में 0.7% और इंडसइंड बैंक में 0.6% बढ़त दर्ज की गई।

एशियाई बाजारों से मिले नकारात्मक रुझानों से बाजार में कमजोर शुरुआत

कारोबारी सप्ताह के पहले दिन सोमवार को बाजार में कमजोर शुरुआत हुई है।

दरअसल अमेरिका और चीन के बीच व्यापार करार इसी वर्ष होगा या नहीं, इस बात को लेकर अनिश्चितता बनी हुई है। इसी कारण आज एशियाई बाजारों में बिकवाली हो रही है। एशियाई बाजारों में गिरावट का असर भारतीय शेयर बाजार पर भी पड़ रहा है।

बीएसई सेंसेक्स (Sensex) 40,323.61 के पिछले बंद स्तर की तुलना में बढ़ोतरी के साथ 40,316.50 पर खुला है। 9.20 बजे के करीब सेंसेक्स 71.02 अंकों या 0.18% की कमजोरी के साथ 40,252.59 पर है। वहीं एनएसई का निफ्टी (Nifty) 11,908.15 के पिछले बंद स्तर के मुकाबले बढ़ोतरी के साथ 11,879.20 पर खुल कर 22.95 अंकों या 0.19% की कमजोरी के साथ 11,885.20 पर है।

दूसरी तरफ छोटे-मॅंझोले सूचकांकों में मजबूती दिख रही है। बीएसई मिडकैप में 0.23% और बीएसई स्मॉलकैप में 0.29% की वृद्धि है। वहीं निफ्टी मिड 100 में 0.31% और निफ्टी स्मॉल 100 में 0.33% की बढ़ोतरी है। इस समय निफ्टी के प्रमुख 50 में से 21 शेयर और सेंसेक्स के प्रमुख 31 शेयरों में से 19 शेयर मजबूत स्थिति में हैं।

कच्चे तेल में उच्च स्तर पर हो सकती है मुनाफा वसूली - एसएमसी

कच्चे तेल में उच्च स्तर पर मुनाफा वसूली होने की संभावना है।

अमेरिकी कच्चे तेल के भंडार में अनुमान से अधिक बढ़ोतरी और अमेरिका और चीन के बीच पहले चरण के व्यापार करार पर हस्ताक्षर में दिसंबर तक देरी की संभावना से कीमतों पर दबाव पड़ रहा है। दोनों देशों के बीच व्यापार विवाद के कारण विश्व स्तर पर आर्थिक वृद्धि की रफ्तार धीमी हुई है और एनालिस्टों ने तेल माँग में कमी का अनुमान लगाया है और इस कारण 2020 में आपूर्ति बढ़ सकती है।

चीन के वाणिज्य मंत्री ने कहा है कि चीन और अमेरिका दोनों ही बिना किसी समय सीमा के चरणबद्ध तरीके से शुल्क हटाये जाने को लेकर सहमत हो गये हैं। कच्चे तेल की कीमतें 4,110 रुपये के स्तर पर अड़चन के साथ 4,000 रुपये पर पहुँच सकती हैं। ईआईए के अनुसार पिछले हफ्ते अमेरिकी कच्चे तेल के भंडार में तेजी से बढ़ोतरी हुई है। ठंडे मौसम के कारण नेचुरल गैस वायदा में उच्च स्तर पर मुनाफा वसूली हो सकती है और कीमतों में 201 रुपये के स्तर पर बाधा के साथ 196 रुपये तक गिरावट हो सकती हैं।

व्यापार करार पर सकारात्मक खबर के बावजूद एशियाई बाजारों में गिरावट

व्यापार करार पर सकारात्मक खबर और अमेरिकी बाजार में आयी मजबूती के बावजूद कारोबारी सप्ताह के आखरी दिन शुक्रवार को एशियाई बाजारों में कमजोरी देखने को मिल रही है।

अमेरिका-चीन व्यापार संबंधों में प्रगति के नवीनतम संकेतों से निवेशकों को राहत मिली है। चीन अमेरिका के साथ चरणों में शुल्क को हटाने पर सहमत हो गया है। बीजिंग मुर्गीपालन आयात पर प्रतिबंध हटाने पर भी विचार कर रहा है।

भारतीय समय के अनुसार करीब पौने 9 बजे जापान का निक्केई (Nikkei) 21.78 अंक या 0.09% की मामूली वृद्धि के साथ 23,352.10 पर है। दूसरी ओर हॉन्ग-कॉन्ग का हैंग-सेंग (Hang Seng) 130.56 अंक या 0.47% की गिरावट के साथ 27,716.67 पर है। वहीं चीन का शंघाई कंपोजिट (Shanghai Composite) सपाट और सिंगापुर का स्ट्रेट्स टाइम्स (Straits Times) 0.78% की कमजोरी दिखा रहा है।

इसके अलावा दक्षिण कोरिया का कॉस्पी (Kospi) 0.23% और ताइवान का ताइवान वेटेड (Taiwan Weighted) 0.22% की कमजोरी दिखा रहा है।
