Transformers and Rectifiers zoom on bagging orders worth Rs 158 crore

Transformers & Rectifiers (India) is currently trading at Rs. 8.31, up by 0.96 points or 13.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 7.35 on the BSE.


The scrip opened at Rs. 7.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 8.41 and Rs. 7.90 respectively. So far 11520 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 17.50 on 13-Nov-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6.75 on 09-Oct-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 8.44 and Rs. 7.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 97.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.91%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.96% and 24.13% respectively.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) have received orders for supply of Transformers amounting to Rs 158 crore. The company has received an order from Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation worth Rs 89 crore and from Khetri Transco, a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India, worth Rs 69 crore. With this order, the company's order book as on date stands around Rs. 1159 crore.
